The SIX HIIT is a 45 minute total body workout incorporating weights, resistance bands and bodyweight in a heated room. Class focuses on building strength while also incorporating cardio movements. Workouts are choreographed to the beat of the music. Choose from a complete lineup of Upper, Lower and Full Body classes which allow you to push yourself to limits not reached before.
