The SIX HIIT
45 min high intensity interval training class combining strength, cardio and bodyweight in a heated classroom (85 degrees). Classes are choreographed to the music with dynamic movements which include light weights, resistance bands, and partner work. Be ready to sweat. Be ready to work, but in the end it will be worth it. Find the warrior inside of you.
30 min class that focuses on hitting all the abdominal and lower back muscles from all angles. Class takes place in an infrared heated classroom and to the music.
