THE SIX HIIT
The SIX HIIT is a 45 minute total body workout incorporating weights, resistance bands and bodyweight in a heated room. Class focuses on building strength while also incorporating cardio movements. Workouts are choreographed to the beat of the music which allows you to push yourself to limits not reached before.
Core HIIT is a 30 minute all out attack on your core.
