The SIX infrared sauna rooms, Biggie and Smalls, are private sauna cabins bookable for you and up to three of your friends. Biggie and Smalls have Bluetooth capabilities, making your podcast, music, or audiobook ready for good listening. Your infrared session also includes light therapy that has been valued throughout history as a remarkable source of healing and been used in balancing and restoring to the body. The saunas are set up to 150 degrees for 30-45 min sessions. 

Private space to change, towels and water will be provided.
